All products we carry and sell are “first quality” and free of major defects.

Depending on where we have sourced our products, some shoes are manufactured to European size specifications. We display these sizes so that you know an item has been produced to these specifications. Simply click on ‘Size Guide chart’ to find your UK size and see what the nearest equivalent European size is for you.

We normally quote up from 5 to 7 working days for delivery as we dispatch it instantly after the purchasing, However, it might take up to 10 or more days during our busy times in around bank holidays. If there was a delay in dispatching your order after 10 days please contact us at doublered@doublered.eu and we will let you know how we can help.

Sizes might vary from style to style and much depends on the shape of each individual’s feet. The website provides a Size Guide to assist with international conversions and can be found for every footwear selected. Remember, we do accept returns should a fit not be suitable.
